Operational Responsibilities

• High-Volume Execution: Navigate a densely packed, pre-planned route, delivering hundreds of packages daily to homes and businesses while strictly adhering to precise time commitments.
• Commercial Vehicle Mastery: Safely operate a manual or automatic UPS package car in all weather and traffic conditions, performing rigorous pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
• Advanced Technology Utilization: Master the DIAD (Delivery Information Acquisition Device) to track packages, capture customer signatures, and manage your daily electronic manifest.
• Heavy Material Handling: Execute the extreme physical demands of the job. You must be capable of continuously lifting, lowering, and carrying packages weighing up to 70 pounds without assistance throughout an 8 to 10-hour shift.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old. Requires a valid U.S. driver's license with an excellent driving record. You must possess the elite physical stamina to lift up to 70 lbs continuously and pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam. A comprehensive background check is required.
