The Independent Shopper Experience

As an independent contractor utilizing the Shipt platform, you are in complete control of your earning potential. You will act as a meticulous personal shopper and reliable delivery driver.

2. Curated Shopping: Navigate local Target stores to hand-pick fresh produce, pantry staples, and general merchandise, communicating warmly with members regarding any necessary item substitutions.
3. Seamless Checkout: Utilize a provided prepaid card to finalize the transaction efficiently at the register.

Contractor Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid U.S. driver's license, and possess active auto insurance. You must own a reliable personal vehicle and a modern smartphone (iOS or Android). Exceptional attention to detail, a deeply guest-focused demeanor, and the physical ability to carry heavy grocery bags are required.
