A Timeline of Your Overnight Operations
- 8:00 PM - Dispatch & Pre-Trip: Arrive at the Distribution Center. Log into your electronic logging device (ELD) and conduct a highly meticulous DOT safety inspection of your modern commercial tractor and assigned trailer.
- 9:00 PM - Highway Transit: Hit the open interstate. Enjoy the solitude of night driving, avoiding daytime gridlock as you transport a fully loaded 53-foot dry van toward a regional hub or a distant high-volume retail location.
- 1:00 AM - Drop and Hook: Arrive at the destination terminal. Efficiently back into the staging area, drop your loaded trailer, and hook up to an empty or outbound trailer, maximizing your drive time without waiting for a live unload.
- 5:00 AM - Return & Post-Trip: Return safely to your home distribution center before the morning rush hour begins. Complete your post-trip paperwork and head home to rest.

Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age. You must possess a valid Class A CDL with an immaculate driving record. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience is required. You must be comfortable and highly capable of managing fatigue and maintaining supreme situational awareness during overnight operations.
