Position Overview

The Daily Delivery Process

1. Morning Briefing & Sort: Begin the day at the service center, reviewing international manifests and securely loading your DHL-branded delivery van to optimize route efficiency.
2. Time-Definite Delivery: Execute a rigorous delivery route, prioritizing critical international shipments, legal documents, and urgent commercial freight, ensuring strict delivery time commitments are met.
3. Customs Documentation: Act as an international logistics consultant, verifying that commercial invoices and customs paperwork are accurately completed and attached to all outbound freight pickups.
4. Professional Client Interaction: Provide courteous, knowledgeable service to commercial business owners and residential clients, acting as the premium face of the global DHL brand.

Qualifications and Benefits
