Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and professional individuals to join our local logistics network as a Target Local Fleet Straight Truck Driver. This role is essential for navigating environments where traditional 53-foot semi-trailers cannot operate, executing vital store replenishment runs throughout urban and densely populated suburban areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Urban Navigation: Safely operate a commercial 24-to-26-foot straight truck (box truck) through congested city streets and tight commercial alleyways.
• Store Replenishment: Transport palletized freight directly from local sorting hubs to Target retail store receiving docks.
• Freight Handling: Utilize hydraulic liftgates and heavy-duty manual or electric pallet jacks to carefully unload retail merchandise safely into the store's backroom.
• Safety & Compliance: Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining perfect adherence to all DOT safety regulations.

Qualifications and Total Rewards
