Ride Shotgun in the Brown Truck

Do you want to earn incredible holiday cash and get a massive physical workout, but don't want the stress of driving? Become a UPS Seasonal Driver Helper! During the peak holiday season, our regular Package Delivery Drivers are overwhelmed by volume. Your job is to ride in the passenger seat (the "jump seat") of the iconic brown package car and act as the delivery muscle. You jump out, run the package to the door, and jump back in, allowing the driver to navigate seamlessly. This is a high-energy, completely outdoor role that pays excellent hourly wages.

Driver Helper Duties

• Rapid Deployment: You will meet your assigned UPS driver at a designated location in your neighborhood. You hop in the truck and immediately begin executing the delivery route.
• High-Speed Pedestrian Logistics: As the truck pulls up to an address, you grab the designated package, jog to the customer's front porch, secure the package, and hustle back to the truck. You are the legs of the operation.
• Heavy Lifting: The holidays mean heavy gifts. You must be prepared to manually lift, carry, and maneuver boxes weighing up to 70 pounds across icy walkways, up apartment stairs, and up steep driveways.
• Navigational Support: Assist the driver with spotting addresses, organizing the packages in the back of the truck for the next street, and maintaining a fast-paced operational rhythm.

Requirements

You must be highly reliable, punctual, and able to follow direct instructions from the driver. A background check is mandatory.
