Position Overview

We are actively seeking reliable and punctual professionals for the role of Target Sortation Center Logistics Driver. In this highly structured position, you will serve as the crucial "middle-mile" connection, transporting sorted packages from the Target Sortation Center directly to local United States Postal Service (USPS) hubs and other final-mile delivery partners.

Operational Execution

• Facility-to-Facility Hauling: Drive a company-provided cargo van or light box truck on highly repetitive, scheduled routes between the Target Sortation Center and regional postal hubs.
• Timely Dispatch: Ensure absolute punctuality. The entire delivery network relies on your ability to drop off the sorted freight before the strict postal cutoff times.
• Low-Touch Freight: This role involves pushing and unloading rolling postal cages or shrink-wrapped pallets, significantly reducing the heavy manual lifting associated with standard parcel delivery.
• Professional Coordination: Act as a courteous liaison between Target operations and external postal or courier management teams.

Qualifications and Benefits
