Position Overview

Take your logistics career to the tarmac by joining us as a FedEx Express Ramp Agent. In this exhilarating, outdoor role, you will work directly alongside our fleet of massive cargo jets. You will be responsible for the safe loading, unloading, and staging of aviation freight, operating heavy ground support equipment. This position is perfect for energetic professionals who love working outdoors in an aviation environment and possess a deep commitment to operational safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely marshal arriving and departing aircraft into and out of their designated parking bays on the tarmac.
• Operate specialized ground support equipment, including tugs, belt loaders, and heavy K-loaders.
• Load and unload heavy cargo containers (ULDs) into the belly of the aircraft, ensuring perfect weight and balance compliance.
• Execute duties safely and efficiently outdoors in all types of weather conditions, strictly adhering to FAA and FedEx safety regulations.

Qualifications and Benefits

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. You must possess excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items consistently. Due to the secure nature of the airport environment, you must pass a highly rigorous 10-year background check, drug screen, and fingerprinting to obtain an airport security badge.
