Position Overview

We are searching for energetic, highly professional individuals to join our local network as a FedEx SameDay City Courier. Operating a highly recognizable, company-provided transit van or smaller vehicle, you will navigate local city streets to execute urgent, point-to-point deliveries of important documents, medical supplies, and retail goods. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role perfect for those who enjoy driving locally, problem-solving in real-time, and returning home every evening.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute rapid, on-demand pickups and deliveries within a designated metropolitan area to meet strict, same-day deadlines.
• Navigate efficiently through urban traffic, utilizing company routing software to optimize your path and avoid delays.
• Provide a premium, highly professional customer service experience when interacting with clients at offices, clinics, and residences.
• Ensure the security and integrity of all items transported, capturing digital signatures and maintaining an accurate chain of custody.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safe operation of the company-provided delivery vehicle.

Qualifications and Benefits
