We cultivate a culture that respects our drivers, providing them with modern, meticulously maintained equipment and an outstanding support system.

Position Overview

We are currently recruiting elite commercial drivers for the role of FedEx Freight Road Driver (Linehaul). In this vital, high-mileage role, you will transport consolidated LTL freight between FedEx service centers, primarily operating during nighttime hours. This position is ideal for independent professionals who prefer highway driving over city traffic and desire maximum earning potential while still enjoying stable, predictable regional routes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a commercial tractor, predominantly pulling twin 28-foot trailers (doubles), across extensive interstate and regional routes.
  • Execute efficient drop-and-hook operations at designated FedEx terminals and relay points, minimizing wait times and maximizing driving hours.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations and speed limits.
  • Ensure the accurate and safe transport of sealed cargo, including strict compliance with hazardous material transportation protocols.
  • Perform meticulous pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections to maintain our industry-leading safety record.

Qualifications and Benefits

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL, including HazMat, Tanker, and Doubles/Triples endorsements. A pristine driving record and at least one year of commercial driving experience are required. We offer exceptional cents-per-mile (CPM) compensation, delay pay, comprehensive corporate health benefits, paid time off, and a company-matched retirement plan.
