Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious professionals to join our team as a FedEx Fleet Maintenance Technician. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and repair of our commercial vehicle fleet. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance inspections and services on light, medium, and heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
• Utilize advanced computerized diagnostic equipment to accurately troubleshoot engine, transmission, and electrical system failures.
• Execute necessary repairs efficiently, ensuring all vehicles meet strict DOT and FedEx safety standards before returning to service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and perfectly safe work environment within the maintenance facility.
• Accurately document all repair work, labor hours, and parts usage in our fleet management software.

Qualifications and Benefits

Candidates must possess extensive automotive or diesel repair experience and a solid understanding of commercial vehicle systems. A valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required; a CDL is a plus. ASE certifications are highly preferred.
