Position Overview
We are currently welcoming experienced, highly professional commercial drivers to apply for the role of Costco Wholesale Regional CDL-A Truck Driver. In this prestigious role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of bulk merchandise from our regional depots directly to our warehouse clubs. Essential Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial tractor-trailer combination across regional interstate and local highway routes in varying weather conditions.
- Transport palletized retail merchandise, including dry goods and temperature-controlled products, ensuring safe delivery to Costco warehouse receiving docks.
- Perform professional drop-and-hook operations to maximize driving efficiency and maintain a strict, reliable supply chain schedule.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections of the assigned commercial vehicle to ensure optimal compliance with FMCSA regulations.
Qualifications and Benefits
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with a proven record of safe driving. A minimum of three years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience is typically required.
