The Route Driver Experience

Local businesses, factories, and healthcare facilities rely on Cintas to operate safely and professionally. As a Route Service Sales Representative (SSR), you are the cornerstone of this service, managing a dedicated geographical territory.

• Vehicle Management: You will pilot a custom-racked commercial step van or box truck, executing a highly structured, repetitive daily route to service 30 to 50 commercial customers per day.
• Inventory Fulfillment: Accurately load and unload clean garments from your vehicle, ensuring each employee at the client's business receives their specific uniform order, while retrieving soiled items for laundering.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary face of Cintas. You will build strong rapport with business owners, address service concerns, and execute digital invoicing on the spot using handheld technology.
• Route Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional facility services, such as specialized restroom supplies or safety mats, directly increasing your commission earnings.

Requirements and Rewards

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid U.S. driver's license with a safe driving record. Exceptional customer service skills and a highly professional appearance are mandatory. You must be physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy bags of soiled laundry continuously.
